🛒 Ordering & Products
What kind of t-shirts do you print on? Are they soft?
Yes, ridiculously soft! We use premium combed ring-spun cotton for buttery-soft feel and durability. All of our designs are printed on Gildan 64000 with all the Standard colors (e.g., white, black, etc.) benig 100% preshrunk ring spun cotton and the Sport Grey being a 90/10 cotton/polyester blend.
Are your designs printed in the US?
All shirts are printed in, fulfilled in, and shipped from the U.S.A.
How long does printing take before shipping?
Once your order is placed, the fulfillment period, when the printing and shipping preparation takes place, takes 2 to 5 days before being shipping with the average time being 2.5 days. For those periods leading up to holidays or special event days like Father's Day, expect the fulfillment times to run towards the higher end of the 2 to 5 day window.
Do you offer any discounts or offers?
Currently we offer a 15% discount for signing up for our email list which you can do by clicking this link. Also, once you are on the email list you will be privileged to receive advance notice on new drops and a 15% discount on those new shirts.
How do I know my sizing?
If you are not sure of your sizing, its best to review the measurements found on our Size Guide which is found directly below the sizing option pills on the product.
It is also advisable to measure a shirt that you already have and compare those measurements to the measurements on the chart to determine the correct size.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our orders typically ship in 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – free shipping on orders over $75. Your cart will notify you when you’re close to unlocking it.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. For all orders place, you will be emailed a tracking number once the order is ready to be shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost for 1 shirt is $4.99 and for 2 shirts the cost is $7.99. Once you purchase 3 or more shirts, the shipping will be on us.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received?
Unfortunately, once the order leaves our printing facility, we have no control over what happens to it. If you have any issues with shipping or delivery, please contact the shipper directly. Also feel free to reach out to us at info@simracelife.com and we will do our best to assist you where we can.

What’s your return policy?
Your full satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you a new shirt, offer you a store credit or simply issue you a full refund.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective print?
Contact us within 30 days providing us with a picture of the wrong item or defect, and will send you a new shirt!
Do you allow size exchanges if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes. While we encourage you to check the sizing guide before purchasing, we understand that mistakes do happen. Contact us within 30 days and we will send you the size you need.

At Sim.Race.Life, we're not just a business, we’re a racing family. Born from a deep passion for both sim racing and real-world motorsports, our journey started on the racetrack and the simulator. Our son, a professional esports sim racer, has been racing since the age of seven, honing his skills both behind the wheel of a kart and in front of a screen.
